Drakkin Empire of Enzan Shi Helevorn Rejoins Those at Rileikoul Kayun yawned widely as he walked downstairs a few weeks after he had received his two male drakkin. The vampire stretched and decided to try Tolethven's way. Kay-chak, Kay-chatos, c'mere. He thought sleepily. The sound of skittering claws made him blink. Wow, the breeder was not all that crazy after all. Kay-chatos ran to him, his tail wagging and his eyes bright. "Mipicays!" He cried joyfully, tackling the light-framed vampire. Kayun grumbled to himself as the drakkin peered down at him gleefully. Sometimes Kay-chatos was too intelligent, too strong and too obedient. Kay-chak, however, was a dolt compared to his brother. Find Kay-chak. He said to the small red. The drakkin warbled slightly and ran around the corner to the kitchen. He gave a loud bark and pounced on the purple. The other drakkin snarled and they fought a little. Kayun let them. It was good for the vicious creatures to let out their anger somewhat. Besides, if he was not mistaken, his pair were equally matched in strength and defence. A sucking sound to his left made the vampire jump. The two drakkin ran into the room, standing at his sides and growling. A Portal was forming in the Portal-wall, two brown forms stepping through it. Kayun identified one of them. "Light take you, Helevorn, for sneaking up on us in that shape!" He snapped. The wolf grinned at him and shifted out of his black and tan wolf-shape to his humanoid one. The drakkin at his side was growling at the small males. "Von?" He asked, looking up at the shifter. "Leave them be, Hele'nysar, they're not the ones we're here to fight." The wolf said dismissively. "Fight?" Kayun asked interestedly, Kay-chak's head coming up at the word. "Yes, we're here to await the opening of the Arena." Helevorn answered. Hele'nysar growled threateningly and the wolf-shifter threw a glowing rodent at him to quiet him. Kay-chak and Kay-chatos leaped towards the glowing creature and beat the larger one to it. Kay-chatos picked it up proudly and munched on it before Kay-chak stole it. He too got a good bite before Hele'nysar stole it back. Then the two cubs jumped up at the adult, hissing and clawing at his face. Hele'nysar dropped it and the two brothers dove on it, devouring the remains. The brown looked rather surprised to find them devouring his rat. Kayun laughed slightly at the look on his face. "Looks like my two have beaten yours." He said teasingly. "I'm afraid that if he can lose to cubs, he will get trampled in the Arena." Hele'nysar and his trainer both looked pleasantly affronted by this. Kayun and his duo, however, were very much amused by their expressions. "Besides, Helevorn, Kay-chak and I will be participating also." He said smoothly. main :: members :: drakkin :: stories |
