Comments in blue (the bright blue)
are made by yours truly aka. Ben.
If this were up to him, which it isn't because he doesn't like - or isn't good at - literary stuff, as he said once, he might say that he was smart.
He is, when it comes to mathematics and science and all those academic subjects.
However, his literary subjects aren't all that great.
(Meaning I'm better. -sticks out tongue-)
(If it matter that much to me I'd actually try, which I'm thinking of doing anyway next year)
He doesn't like it when I keep correcting his grammar and his spelling, especially since I do so for both English and French.
I must admit, I would find it annoying as well.
He always means well
(though sometimes this isn't apparent to me as he bugs me about being out of shape)
(Oops sorry, I'm only trying to help as are your parents)
and can be rather persuasive at times.
(w00t! If I fail as a robotics engineer I can always be a negotiator)
He doesn't like it when I constantly appologize
(would you, when you have already said it was ok?)
and can't seem to understand why I feel bad so often.
I can't understand why he doesn't feel bad so often. -shrugs-
(Oh but I do feel bad a lot, maybe not as often but I guess I'm just a little better a hiding it, that and its hard to feel bad around you)
He doesn't like being called Benji or Benny or Benny-boo
(which we started calling him due to How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days).
He tends to spend most of his time slaving away at his house (doing renovations or gardening), playing war-games on the computer or chatting/spending time with me. ^^
He doesn't get along very well with his eldest brother, Mark, but gets along okay with his brother Glenn.
Ironically enough, Glenn's girlfriend was in our English class this year.
(And most guys find her hot and him not so, this found out during a conversation with a guys and girls)
Like me, he's in pre-IB at the same school.
In fact, he plays a small part in my story, go read that.
-pokes Yakima in that direction with a spoork-
He has fun sense of humour and tends to like proving other people wrong.
(It's oh so much fun)
He's slowly beginning to understand that I am always right and there's nothing he can do about it. -smirks-
He likes beating me at video games, though I can sometimes beat him at GameCube games.
(I like winning period)
He also suffers through all the Disney movies I make him watch.
Heck, he even asked to watch Mulan and Lilo & Stitch once.
(Hey! some Disney movies are great, I mean look at Pirates of the Caribbean)
He refuses to watch any good movies - ie. Lord of the Rings - with me'n my best friend, though, as we are known for killing the plots and characters.
We assign each other characters, so in Matrix, he is Niobie (sp?) as I am Morpheus.
In Hercules, he is Hades; in Mulan he's the cricket; in Lion King he's Simba.
These have nothing to do with personality, though, as they're mostly completely random.
He has a good mind for strategy, and likes to do his own thing when playing LaserQuest.
However, he is ever so slightly near-sighted and needs to wear glasses to read what is on the board in class.
(Stupid fuzzy writing)
Except in science, since he sat so close to the front.
He is completely unticklish (which is rather irritating yet amusing as I am very very ticklish)
(Tee hee go me!) except he sometimes develops 'tickle-spots' that make him ticklish for a few minutes.
He expresses his confusion with an exclamation of 'whaaa?' which is rather funny to hear and he has a very amusing expression on his face.
(Sure mock me, see if I care, *turns head sharply and walks away*)
He's the calmer of us two, often having to tell me to 'calm down' when I've had too much sugar.
(Which is often)
He finds my obsession with dragons rather amusing, and he also finds it funny that I'm too lazy to look through my change to pay people so I just pay with bills and end up with about twenty dollars in change.
(Do you have any idea how much that weighs in nickels and dimes and a few quarters)
He likes roller-coasters (finally got myself a roller-coaster buddy! fwee!) and will go bungee-jumping/sling-shot-thingy-ing with me when we go to LaRonde this summer.
He can open his eyes underwater and is a rather good swimmer.
He is also allergic to dust.
(*sneezes*)
(Did I mention that this page-long 'overview' is horrible and doesn't do him justice at all?)
(Why thank you, so much for being unbiased tho)
Anywho, that is all I can think of at the moment.
If you need me to expand some more, Yakima, just ask and I shall try my best.
Post-impression stories will clear up his personality.
Either that or I'll make him write himself up.
(No force was required this time)
(I can be very persuasive. -smirks-)
(Oh how?)
