Right now, I plan on going on to vet school here at aTm, hopefully beginning Fall '05. I'm toying with the idea of specializing in Equine Sports Medicine after vet school. I'm currently in Germany for a Vet Med Study Abroad . It has been a great experience so far!
I have my Quarter Horse mare, Shayla Bar, in College Station with me that I'm trying to train in just about everything & occasionally show in local quarter horse shows. Right now, I'm focusing on her barrel pattern , jumping (up to 2 1/2 feet) and transitions and headset & such for Hunter Under Saddle & Western Pleasure. I've also been working on my roping skills, or lack thereof, so maybe she'll make a breakaway horse someday.. For more information on her, click on the link to the left.
