Second Month of pregnancy
*Fatigue and sleepines
*A need to urinate freguently
*Naseau, with or without vomiting
*Constipation
*Heartburn, indigestion, flatulence,      bloating
*Food cravings and aversions
*Breast changes: fullness, heaviness. tenderness, tingling
*Occasional headaches
*Occasional faintness or dizziness
*Tightness of clothing around the waist and bust.
Third month of pregnancy
* sleepiness
* a need to urinate frequently
* nausea, with or without vomiting
* Constipation
* Heartburn
* Food aversions or cravings
* Breast changes: fullness, heaviness tenderness, tingling; darkening of the areola (the pigmented area surrounding the nipple); sweat glands in the areola become prominent like large goose bumps; network of bluish lines under the skin expands
* Additional veins visible elswhere, as blood supply to abdomen and legs also increases.
* Occasional headaches
* Occasional faintness or dizziness
* Tightness of clothing around the waist and bust
* Increasing appetite
Fourth Month of Pregnancy
*
Fatigue
*Decreased urinary frequency
*An end to, or a decrease in, nausea and vomiting (in a few women, "morning sickness" will continue; in a very few it's just beggining.
*Constipation
*Heartburn, indegestion, flatulence, bloating
*Continued breast enlargment, but usually decreased tenderness and swelling
*Occasional headaches
*Occasional faintness or dizziness, particularly with sudden change of position
*Nasal congestion and occasional nosebleeds; ear stuffiness
*"Pink toothbrush" from bleeding gums
*Increase in appetite
*Mild swelling of ankles and feet, and occasionally of hands and face
*Varicose veins of legs and/or hemorrhoids
*Slight whitish vaginal discharge
*Fetal movement near the end of the month (but usually this early only if you are very slender and this is not your first pregnancy)
Fifth month of Pregnancy
*Fetal movements
*Increasing whitish vaginal discharge
*Lower abdominal achines (from streching of the ligaments supporting the uterus)
*Constipation
*Heartburn, indegestion, flatulence, bloating
*Occasional headaches, faintness or dizziness
*Nasal congestion and occasional nosebleeds; ear stuffiness
*"Pink toothbrush" from bleeding gums
*Hearty appetite
*Leg cramps
*Mild swelling of ankles and feet, and occasionally of hands and face
*Varicose veins of legs and/or hemorrhoids
*Increased pulse (heart rate)
*Easier--or more difficult--orgasm
*Backache
*Skin pigmintation changes on abdomen and/or face
Sixth month of Pregnancy
*More definite fetal activity
*Whitish vaginal discharge
*Lower abdominal achiness
*Constipation
*Heartburn, indegestion, flatulence, bloating
*Occasional headaches, faintness, dizziness
*Nasal congestion and occasional nosebleeds; ear stuffiness
*"Pink toothbrush" from bleeding gums
*Hearty appetite
*Leg cramps
