Disappointment in Atlanta
Kevin Harvick returned to the track of his first Winston Cup win in hopes of getting his season turned around for 2002.  No such luck!  Harvick qualified his #29 GM Goodwrench Chevy in the 8th position and was able to stay in the top ten for 58 laps. Then problems hit -- after a green flag pit stop -- he had to return to pit road due to a loose lug nut, thus putting Harvick down one lap.  Harvick was able to make his way back up to the 20th position when his engine expired.  Harvick finished the day - 39th.
