This camp's Victim is this animal - Who is it?

Shawnee leaders seem to have lost their minds!!!!!!!! What in the world is "Camp Victim"? Well...... It turns out that some leaders want the cubs to have even more fun at camp; as though that was even possible; so we are hereby challenging the cubs to catch a leader in a prank during camp, but not just any leader, it has to be the leader designated as the "Camp Victim".

Your mission is to prank the camp victim without him or her learning about the prank or foiling it for you. Other leaders are allowed to help if you want them to, but they are not allowed to give the victim any clues. They are members of the pranksters once you ask for their help.
