| A guy named Lindsey was walking to his apartment's swimming pool when he saw this girl that he had a crush on. Her name was Priscella. He walked to the gate of the pool, and opened it. Lindsey held it open for her and he walked over to a table where his friend Seth was sitting at. "Hey, there you are man, what took you so long?" He said, when Lindsey got to the table. "I was grabbing a snack." Lindsey said, while putting his towel on the table. "I'm gonna get in. Are you gonna just sit there?" "Yeah. My girlfriend is gonna be here in about 30 minutes, so I am gonna wait for her." "Okay." Lindsey said. Lindsey jumped into the pool and swam a couple of laps, then he looked up. He saw that Priscella wasn't sitting with anyone, so he decided to go talk to her. "Hey." "Hello." Priscella said, looking around at the people at the people around the pool. "Why aren't you in the pool? You've been sitting out here for a while." He asked, looking at her, even though she wouldn't make eye contact. "I was tanning, but my friend was supposed to be out here about ten minutes ago." "Ohh..." He said, and started looking at the people around the pool. "Hey, I was wondering...would you like to go out some time?" She asked him, still not making eye contact. "Are you asking me out on a date?" He said, not believing what she had actually said, "No. I'm not. Actually, I have a boyfriend. That's who I am waiting for. And I would NEVER go out with a loser like you." She said, in a voice that he thought had been so sweet at one time, but had just now turned into the most sour voice he had ever heard. "Go away." She said, seeing her boyfriend, and walking up to him. Lindsey walked over to Seth. "Hey...I think I am gonna come out here later. Okay?" "Are you okay? I saw you talking to Priscella...what did she say?" He asked, wanting to know why Lindsey was upset "I'm okay...I'm just kinda sleepy. I'll talk to you later. Okay?" "Okay...Talk to you later." He said, while Lindsey grabbed his stuff, and walked back to his apartment. About 10:30 that night, he decided it would be a good time to go swimming, since no one would be out there. He jumped over the fence, and put his stuff down on one of the tables. He walked in, since he didn't want to disturb anyone. Then Lindsey looked up and saw Priscella. "Hi." She said in a almost innocent sounding voice. "Leave me alone." "I don't have to. And I can't help it, I was coming out here too." She said, and laid down on one of the chairs. "Why don't you ever swim?" He asked Priscella. "Because I don't know how to swim you jackass." She said. Lindsey had had about enough of her. "Can't swim, huh?" He said. He walked over to her, picked her up, and threw her in the deep end of the pool. "You better learn how to swim fast, because your in the deep end, and I'm not helping you. Me throwing you in there is like what you told me this afternoon." He grabbed his stuff and jumped over the fence. Priscella tried to swim towards the edge, but all she kept on doing was turning circles. Finally, she gave up because of being tired, and sank to the bottom of the pool. |
