| Avalon International (2000 � Present):
� In 2000, I was hired to direct the development, deployment and promotion of a Total Quality Program at Avalon International. Responsibilities included managing processes, standards and certifications as well as staff development for TQP. Nationwide Insurance (1989 - 2000) � In 1988, I was offered a full time teaching position at OSU. All classes and labs were schedules on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Given this flexible schedule and the demand for consultants, I was offered great consulting opportunities. � In 1989, I was offered a Consulting Position at LDA Systems. One year later, I was promoted to Senior Consultant and an Education Director. For the duration of my employment, I provided training to our LDA Systems Consultants and provied consultation services at Nationwide Insurance. � In 1993, LDA Systems was no longer a consulting provider at Nationwide Insurance. Per Nationwide's request, I joined Computer Friends Consulting Group in order to continue my consulting services at Nationwide Insurance. � In 1997, IBM GS outsourced Nationwide's Legacy Systems and I was asked to join IBM GS and to remain at the Nationwide Insurance Account. This provided a great opportunity to join IBM's World Wide Processes Team as an SQA Manager. � In 2000, I was asked to join the Data Wharehouse Team at Nationwide Insurance as a Project Manager responsible for the development and maintenance of the Galaxy Web Interface Portal. |
