Game Of Chess
It�s also fairly complex, it even stuns the wise.
The board isn�t just squares, it isn�t even just black and white,
but then neither are the pieces, there isn�t even one Knight.
Life is a game of chess, where no two pieces are the same.
Each piece is a different colour and shape, and moves in a different way.
Each piece is unique, and moves on it�s own.
Some moves are thought of six moves ahead, to others their next move�s unknown.
Life is a game of chess, where none of the moves are the same.
No piece moves always in an �L�, or moves straight all the time.
The rules are always changing, the pieces try to cheat,
But they�ll have to try their hardest, to try and avoid defeat.
Life is an Elaborate game of chess, but no game of chess is as elaborate as this.
In chess when all is done, it�s done, the consequences are less
So we move along the board headding towards our fate,
And when what needs to be done is done game over, checkmate.
