• Maintained one MSL telephone switch with two remotes; programmed, installed, and maintained p-phones and other telephone instruments; was responsible for billing on over 4,000 telephone lines while at Moody.
• Maintained one MSL telephone switch with one remote and was Crew Chief for the trouble shooting crew, responsible for over 5,000 telephone lines, over 30 key systems, and numerous Fire, Intrusion, AWIDS, Metnav, Radio, and LMR circuits while at Osan.
• Maintained two DMS telephone switches with three remotes; tested telephone switch equipment and preformed card maintenance; programmed and tested trunk groups; maintained operator consoles; preformed call routing for lines and trunks; programmed new NPA’s, and NXX’s while at Wright-Patterson.
