Singapore

Singapore is surely a visual treat; for one's eyes and lens.

Here are a few things I could capture on my CCD.

Merlion is Singapore's symbol. It is half lion and half fish.

Of course there is only one Merlion in the picture and it is a photography technique (which I incidentally copied from someone K ) that makes you see two.

And the next famous image of Singapore is of course its skyline.

Of course in modern Singapore, you only see skyscrapers and not nude children diving in to the river.

But someone was nostalgic enough to build this sculpture.

And once you look up from that sculpture, you will see this majestic and famous 'Fullerton Hotel'

But if you are not rich enough to afford the Fullerton, you can surely go to one of these shops on 'Boat Quay' and eat any cuisine you have ever heard of.

But do pay your bills unless you want to end up in this court the next morning.
