FIDELITY
I have a love who's all the world
To me he's all that matters
He spins my heart like tops atwirl
But his love he does scatter
His eyes were filled with merry laughter
The first time that I met him
I vowed my love forever after
And I wish that I'd forget him
In the course of time I met another
That asked me for a date
He soon asked me to be his lover
But this is not my fate
And so I see your loving smile
That brightens corners dim
The sight is sweet, but in a while
I'll wish that you were him
So I told him of time spent with you
At this he seemed to scoff
And what I said is nothing new
I told him to bug off!
