With tonight�s result, our unbeaten run of 8 games has finally come to an end. This match was a match we really should have won, but with Tom & Alex missing, defensively we were awful.
The match started badly with us conceding a goal in the first 20 seconds (if that), at the back we were awful, but we still created chances to score, although most of them went straight at the keeper. At 3 � 0 down, we finally clawed 1 back with a shot from me into the corner.
We went into half time 4 � 1 down and at the start of the 2nd half pulled it back to 4 -3, at this point I thought we were going to pull it back I scored another goal, after a lovely pass from Paul, but to no avail.
Our biggest problem tonight was lack of cover, too many times it was 2 on 1. We didn�t deserve to win this against this ordinary team. Let�s win the last 2 matches to ensure promotion. |
