This match was a terrible match to watch, but it resulted in us keeping our first ever clean sheet (Well done Graham L).
The match started poorly with �the big girls in green tights� having there longest spell of possession, but they couldn�t capitalise. After a quality first half strike from Tom, we went into the lead with a 1 � 0 lead.
In the 2nd half we pushed forward further, created lots of chances and scored 4 more to make the score 5 � 0. The goals were scored by Andy, Paul, Tom & Alex (I think). A special mention has to be made to my brother Steve, who managed to hit a shot miles out of the court after a lack of composure, it is probably still travelling now.
Anyway it was a good result against a poor team and was not pretty to watch, but who cares we won. I can now gloat about this until next time we play them. |
