Leader's Ceremony

Leaders are the ones in charge of the Clan itself, the leaders affect the Clan's personality, so they have to set a good example for their Clanmates and to help guide them along the warrior code. They call Clan meetings, make new warriors, apprentices, and mentors, and decide how the Clan will work or react to something with the deputy. After the deputy's leader dies, he or she goes to the place where StarClan shares tongues with the earthly Clans, and sleeps beside it to receive their nine lives and the name star. Each life has something of value to the leader, and are all different, whether the live of love may come from a lost loved one, the life of selflessness may have come from a warrior who gave their life to the Clan. It is important though, that the leaders receive nine lives so as to lead their Clans longer and prepare the new deputy to become leader as well. Although these extra lives are helpful, they can be lost as easily and quickly as one life taken. When a leader does loose a life, they will faint for a short amount of time, and StarClan will aware the leader of this, then allowing the leader to return to consciousness. Medicine cats can tell how many lives a leader may have left, but it unknown to ordinary warriors, and the number of lives left is often kept secret.
