Ramiele Malubay exited American Idol season 7 as #9...
For two nights in a row, Jesus Christ was glorified on American Idol! Praise the Lord!

Jason song pick Travelin Through, mentioned Jesus in it's lyrics; and so with the song sang by David Archuleta entitled Smokey Mountain Memories.
Parts of the Travelin Through lyrics:
Questions I have many, answers but a few. We're
here to learn the spirit burns to learn the
greater truth. We've all been crusified and they
nailed Jesus to the tree. And when I'm born again
your gonna see a change in me.God made me for a
reason and nothing is in vain redemption comes in
many shapes with many kinds of pain.Oh,sweet Jesus
if you're out there keep me ever close to you.As
I'm stumbling tumbling as I'm traveling
through.I'm jst traveling traveling traveling.I'm
just traveling through ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh.I'm
just traveling traveling i'm just traveling
through ooho ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh.
Parts of the Smokey Mountain Memories:
Oh and these northern nights are dreary
And my southern heart is weary
I wonder how the old folks are back home
But I'll keep leanin' on sweet Jesus
I know He'll love and guide and lead us
Appalachian memories keep me strong
And then the winner of The Next American Band, The Clark Brothers sang a song with Jesus in their lyrics. The title of the song is This Little Light of Mine.
and of course, Dolly Parton sang tonight about:
Jesus & Gravity

I'm to the point where it don't add up.
I can't say I've come this far with my guitar on pure dumb luck.
That's not to say I know it all 'cause every time
I get too high up on my horse I fall. 'Cause I've got somethin' lifting me up,
somethin' holdin' me down.
Somethin' to give me wings and keep my feet on the ground.
I've got all I need, Jesus and gravity.
But I'm as bad as anyone
takin' all these blessin's in my life for granted one by one.
When I start to thinkin' it's all me, well,
somethin' comes along and knocks me right back on my knees.
And I've got somethin' lifting me up,
somethin' holding me down.
Somethin' to give me wings and keep my feet on the ground.
I've got all I need, Jesus and gravity.
He's my friend, He's my light.
He's my wings, He is my flight.
And I've got somethin' lifting me up,
somethin' holding me down.
Somethin' to give me wings and keep my feet on the ground.
I've got all I'm gonna need.
I've got Jesus, I've got Jesus.
I've got somethin' lifting me up,
somethin' holdin' me down.
Somethin' to give me wings and keep my feet on the ground.
I've got all I'll ever need,
'cause I've got Jesus and gravity.
Oh, I've got somethin' lifting me up,
somethin' holding me down.
Somethin' to give me wings and keep my feet on the ground.
I've got all I'll need, 'cause I've got Jesus and gravity.
Jesus, I've got Jesus, I've got Jesus.
He's my everything. He lifts me up, He gives me wings.
He gives me hope and He gives me strength,
and that's all I'll ever need as long as he keeps lifting me.
He is my life, He's my guide.
He is my wings, He is my flight.
Lift me, I got Jesus,
I've got Jesus and that's all I need.
California's politically correct ambiance on American Idol did not apply this week. I loved it!
Leave it to Dolly and she will tell you how it is. In my Christian perspective, I couldn't ask for a better AI mentor than Dolly Parton.
Anyway, It was just a matter of time and Ramiele finally got booted off. Not bad as #9. She will tour with the rest of them and might get lucky in the Philippines. America got it right. She was just lucky that Chikeezie did not pick the right song last week.
Kristy Lee Cook might get the boot if she comes up with a boring song next week. She's really on the brink of falling from AI grace. If Shesya Mercado picked a good song, it will surely be Kristy as the #8 to say goodbye.
It will really be down to the nitty gritty after Kristy and Shesya; not far behind them is Jason Castro. I hope he gets a record deal. He's so charismatic. He is so charming and he has a good voice very calming to anyone who likes light, inspiring songs.
As I've said before, if Brooke and Carly don't raise the bar where they wow the voters, they, too, will be goners before the three male top contenders: David Cook, David Archuleta and Michael Johns. All these three have to do is surpass each other in their performances each week. And pick the RIGHT song that suited their voice respectively. Either one of these three AI 7 winner is quite alright with me.
