Wow!! What a way to go, Simon... I am so glad that you see that Kelly lays the golden eggs, because your comments previously about her was like a see-saw... good today, bad tomorrow.
Kelly proved him wrong. She was the best find American Idol winner for the last 6 seasons. No one has equal Kellys talent, charm and charisma that extends outside United States. I like Carrie Underwood, but she's only limited to where her type of music would take her... countryside, USA. That's well and good, but sometimes Simon should eat his words and admit his overboard 'prophesies' on other AI contestants were lousy and do not hold ground.
I'm glad that Kelly stands firm for what she believes in.
Most of the time, the best way to release past painful experiences is to share them-- release and let go. And after that, don't dwell on them anymore. There's no one in this world that do not have painful memories--- we all go through those sad events. What matters really is how you would handle these experiences in the long term.
