A Viewer of American Idol...
A Blog that revolves around American Idol of the past- my favs from Season One to the present. This is my take!
The end of Sanjaya...

Finally, it's goodbye Sanjaya... the guy is lovable, but his singing ability is SO not there.

The tricks of the trade he had learned from the show experts would eventually dwindle down to none. You could only reinvent yourself to a certain extent. There's always an end to being "on top" just like a wheel-- "What goes up, must come down" Unless you have a good manager behind your back and we know that Sanjaya could not afford that, a less talented Idol wanna be, will crush and burn before he could even finish saying: "welcome to Sanjaya's world!"

That's when the cookie crumbles; but at least Sanjaya has more than 15 minutes of fame to dwell on to when the kleiglights of showbusiness is behind him. He could tell his future wife and children that he bested the ones with great talent than his. His charm sent better singers packing to oblivion.

I'd like to think that Sanjaya may stumble into a gold mine later on, not in singing competitions, but something that put his name back into the limelight. After all, he is only 17 years young--plenty of good opportunities may come his way. Who knows.

Sanjaya, don't lose heart, use your charm and be a good example for the young generation. The Higher Up has plans and purposes for you... find it, seek it, only then you could be a success in your own rights.

There's always a unique and planned success in each one of us. The "pot of gold" is really at the end of the rainbow.
