| DVD Trading Rules (in no particular order) |
| 1. I normally use RiData 8x blank DVD+R discs "Hub Printable". They have really good prices at: |

| 2. My player will play both DVD-R and DVD+R discs, so it's your choice. |
| 3. Use a good quality blank DVD for making copies...please no generic unbranded discs and NO IMITATION DISCS they will not work on anything I have most of the time. |
| 4. Please no writing or labels on the DVD. You can put a number in the clear hub and then e-mail me with a list or put labels on the outside of the sleeves, whichever is easier for you. |
| 5. Please don't overcrowd sleeves. No more than 2 discs to a sleeve and do not put recorded sides together. |
| 6. Any artwork (if available) can be exchanged via e-mail. I always appreciate receiving DVD covers. |
| 7. It goes without saying to always package everything nice and secure. If mailing from outside the USA, please be sure to send via "Air-Mail" and NOT "surface-mail". I've found "Air-Mail" is pretty reliable, and relatively quick (7-10 days), while packages mailed as "surface-mail" may never ever arrive. |
| 8. We both agree that any flawed discs will be replaced, no fussing or arguing … I don't always have time to check them when they arrive and often don't realize I have a bad disc until I trade with another trader… |
| 9. Once the discs are ready, we can mail to each on the same day ... unless we have pre-arranged to have one party send first. |
| 10. Please do not send old scratched DVDs burned years ago … |
| 11. Due to health problems I am often times slow in trading. For this I apologize in advance. If this is a problem please say so up front. |
| 12. I ship MEDIA MAIL with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford Priority Mail. If it is 6 oz or less I will ship First Class with Delivery Confirmation. I almost always put Delivery Confirmation on my packages. |
| 13. Shipping OUTSIDE THE United States is paid for by the Buyer/Trader if it is too expensive. I'm sorry but I cannot afford to ship overseas, again because of my fixed income. |
| 14. All Shipping within the United States is no charge for Buyers. |
