"VOID"

A void appears to be empty. What if the contents of a void are simply undetectable? Then the void is not really a void, except to those who have not discovered its content. A void would not be the absence of reality, but rather the portion of reality in its unseen state. Reality still exists in the darkness, just not as we knew it in the light. The perceived reality of a red box changes when the lights go out, though the box itself did not change. Our perception of the box changes to that of a black box, or more accurately, an "invisible" box. The inability to see does not change actual reality only perceived reality. Without nerve endings in out skin to detect it, the invisible box would cease to exist 3 dimensionally as we once knew it and would become some mysterious force that blocks our path, yet the box never changed. It only "disappeared" because our ability to perceive it disappeared. The darkness of the void is merely our inability (or our refusal) to see what exists within it. All things still exist within the Void.
