Closing the Digital Gap Intensive Academic Bridge Program
Purpose
Technology training and college preparation for low-income populations
Introduction
Closing the Digital Gap (CDG) is a community program that provides access to technology for low-income populations. LCC is currently partnering with CDG to provide technology and college readiness training to low-income academically under-prepared individuals. This program is called the Intensive Academic Bridge. Participants in the program complete the 48 credit hour training that leads to Microsoft Office Specialist Certification in Word Core and Excel Core, as well as college readiness for other college certificate programs.
