I'm lying on my bed when
A whirling mass appeared
It was so bright I has to close my eyes
To avoid becoming blind
Next moment I realised I was sitting on a cloud
Gazing at the vast skies around me
I sat there starstruck, my mouth hanging open
I could swear I swallowed another cloud
I stared at what could have been my bed
And tried to reach out to it
I couldn't tpuch it but I realised
I got entangled in a blanket of stars
A blanket of stars that lulled me to sleep
A blanket of stars that warmed me through cold nights
It must be great to have a million eyes
Watching over you throughout the night
I suddenly realised I was dreaming
And I looked out my window to see it was morning
Dazed from being carried on a cloud
I thanked the skies for warming me up last night
