Cakes are an important part of many celebrations- weddings, birthdays, showers, anniversaries, and others. As the centerpiece, a cake should be a true reflection of your celebration. You want to have a cake as beautiful as your wedding, as fun as your birthday, or as elegant as your dinner party.
I have been decorating cakes for over 20 years, working with rolled fondant for the past 15 years. Cakes decorated with fondant have an elegant "porcelain" like look and allow for many creative designs. Beautiful gumpaste flowers that are edible yet so realistic you won't want to eat them, can adorn the cake. Funny little sugar-art characters can give the cake a unique look specially made for the occasion.
