| With an earlier 21st March start to the premier club rugby competition scheduled, the Dargaville Ford Western Sharks are into their pre-season training in earnest. | |||||
| Good numbers have been attending practices at R.D.1 RugbyPark ensuring there will be healthy competition for places in both the premier & reserve teams. Nearly all of last years players will be in action again with stocks receiving a major boost with the inclusion of Super 14 prop Sam Biddles, talented players, Fullback Matt McCully and Lock Aaron Lambly are also back this season after a couple of years O.E. | |||||
| Good to see Sharks flanker Pat Tou performing so well for the Cook Islands team at the International Sevens tournament in Wellington recently. | |||||
| Pre season practice night games against Kamo on Friday the 6th March and North Harbours Helensville Friday the 13th are scheduled. | |||||
