Generally Sharks like the Great White investigate strange
objects first to see whether it is food if it is unusual to them. This is visible
in the fact that when surfers and bodyboarders are attacked there is only one bite in
the board.Sharks cannot investigate with anything else but their mouths and if they did
target somebody/something as prey then you could certainly tell as they would come with such
a force from the water there would be a very slim chance of survival.
people
also swim in large groups with large amounts of splashing which attracts sharks at beaches
meaning that officials place shark nets to catch sharks killing hundreds.Sharks
are starting to swim further in shore because over fishing has lead sharks to look elsewhere
Sharks are also killed
for food such as shark fin soup or simply just as a sport.Shark jaws are sometimes considereed as trophies.
Some trophy........surely sharks are more magnificent and glorious alive.
The fact is that often humans do bring on attacks by themselves, like swimming
at dawn or dusk in highly populated areas or ignoring warnings of shark behaviour.
And it's completely unfair that sharks should be killed when we're going into their habitat.
You wouldn't walk into a tiger's cage would you and then get the tiger shot for attacking you?
Sharks are such fascinating creatures htat you should really give them a second chance. After all quite a few shark
attack victims campaign to save sharks or to learn more about them. And people that are
frightened after seeing JAWS are really foolish, as surely you're not scared of a robotic shark?
Help Save Our Sharks before it's too late.
