Dave Bernardo, Principal: Harborfields has had about five principals in almost as many years. Hopefully this one is here to stay. A nice guy, friendly and knowledgeable and approachable. He gets an A+.
School Spirit: For some reason the school thinks that certain things matter greatly to us. Homecoming for example. Half the cross country team just left in the middle of the pep rally. Not because we wanted to make a statement, just we felt like leaving. The spirit week thing is, however, amusing, so this year I think we've earned a B+.
School Construction: Hmm.. the ice box is too corwded, so lets make it half a mile longer, just as wide, and 60 degrees colder... ok. That's basically whats happened. Not only is this "ice maze" 1/10th of a mile long, its a cold 1/10th of a mile, and its so goddamn outta the way. It would be ok if this had been done in late spring or during a time its not used as much, say, the summer?... complete waste... D
Teachers: I'm not going to name specific people here, but the results overall vary greatly. From teachers who have no idea what way Long Island should be drawn to teachers who act like 5 year olds... there are some shitty teachers. But then theres the teachers who are funny, smart, and sadly, I havent had very many. A bunch of these classes could be taught be me. And a few teachers should go back to college... or even high school for that matter. Overall: C
Overall Harborfields experience: Theres more people coming to the High School... so lets make the cafeteria smaller. Riiight. And freezing hallways, a building layout designed by 3 year olds, and intercoms, computers, and tvs that just dont work. Not to mention that half the people walking around are high, and we have an abnormally high population of sluts. Not only are these people filthy, they prance around school loudly and obnoxiously, and bitch about everything. They just bring the whole school down... we'd be alot better off without them. Overall : B-
