Instructor
You can train someone that wants a move that you have.  It takes 2 days to learn a move from a trainer.  The trainer can charge whatever price he/she feels for training the person.  Also get $500 a day.

Jounin
If you are the Guardian of a Village and you are Good (includes Neutral), you automatically get $2,000 a day.  Guardians and Rulers fight people trying to take over the Village, and can be challenged for the job by other players.

Kage
If you are the Kage of a Village and you are Evil or Neutral, you automatically get $2500 a day.

ANBU Member
If you are an ANBU Member, you will be an assasin for hire to the people in different Villages.  May be hired by a village's Kage for missions or can just fight for himself.  If you're in a country with a Kage, and they choose to fight you, you cannot turn it down.  $2500 a day.

Shinobi Store Worker
If you are a Shinobi Store Worker you will get 1/2 off of everything that you buy.  Gets $500 a day.
