These rules you MUST OBEY so the RPG runs smoothly. If these rules are broken and you do not have a good reason for doing so, a penalty will be enforced.
Don't attack someone and say things like "Naruto fired a Kunai at Sasuke and killed him". Things don't work that way. In order to die, the opponent must only have 0 or lower Hit Points.
We (Mods) follow the same rules as everyone else. We don't have a favorite person and we are not cheaters.
There should be a Mod or Admins every fight unless neither are online. If this happens, then go to the Chat Room, battle, and then copy and paste your convo on the Message Board or e-mail it to Itachi at [email protected]. There must be a convo from BOTH players or the battle will be invalid. This is so we can update the stats and make sure both stories are the same.
Don't argue with the Mods or Admins unless you are 100% sure he/she is wrong.
If your inactive for 3 or more days without giving me a reason before hand, we will send you an email. If we don't get a reply within 1 day, then every day you will loose 5% of your cash. Once you have no cash left, you will be kicked out of the game.
If you want to make anything, travel, train, or take a job, e-mail Itachi we can keep track of your status.
In many RPG's, most people don't know how to handle blocks and evades. Here is how it's handled. If you are in AOL, join a chat and type //roll in order to roll a programed dice. If you are on the offensive, and your opponent gets a higher roll, your attack was evaded, and vice versa. You cannot evade the Desperation Attack.

We are fair judges. If it seems that we are being unfair, then you can take it to a panel of officials, who will be set to judge your case. But just like our judicial system, there are consequences to losing, so choose you battles well.
Here is how the court works. The council will be made up of the 3 Mods, your team leader, and the enemies team leader. If there is no team then random players will be selected. You will plead your own case and you are on your own each side. There is a court fee of $1500.
Being a Guardian or Ruler of a Country means you must accept fights from all challengers. If away from your country for more that 5 days at a time, someone else can take your place as guardian or ruler of that Country.
You can not be Ruler or Guardian of multiple Countries.
You can't be on more than 1 team and your team can not have more than 7 players.
You can give a person no more than $25,000 a day.
You can sell a Country if you conquered it or if you are guardian or ruler. You name your own price.
You can ONLY steal money from people you have battled.
You can't let people borrow items.
You CAN NOT change your desperation attack.
Healing desperation attacks only revive 1/4 of your total Power Level.
If you chose to take money froms someone you battled, no more than 1/4 of it can be taken.
Multiple accounts will not be tolerated. If suspected of multying, all accounts will be deleted.
