Then I ask; tell me who you see before you? For I only know myself as me, not as others see me. You tell me what parts of me YOU choose to see?

How many times are we asked to describe who we are as a person, our main characteristics, our strengths and assets?

So we think in our minds, now what was it Joe said to me the other day, or how did Nancy describe me? Searching for the descriptors.

You may describe me as kind, but is there any reason not to be kind to you? Or friendly, how could I not be a friend to you? Or patient, what of you is there to be impatient about? How could I be anyone other than I am to you, because of who you are?

Perhaps it is because kindness is not a regular event in your life, then you bring it out in me because it is what you seek to know. Friends, those special souls who travel the galaxies with us, how could I not recognize you and call you friend? How could I not love you?

What if all you see in me, is that which you wish for yourself, to be and to receive? What if I am but aspirations of qualities I chose, as worthy to aspire to become? Only you know if I succeed in reaching them.

Perhaps you mirror those special traits in me, which I am blind to. Yet radiate freely as I journey towards knowing myself in that manner. Self-kindness. Self-patience. Self-friendship. Self-acceptance. What lovely thoughts.

What if we are all on a journey of discovering the majik we beings are, each and every one of us. Not because of our individual characteristics and qualities, but rather the majik of actually existing, of creating what we each see before us. Creation IS pure majik after all.

Look at all that you are, all that you do, all that you think, all that you aspire to. Look at the magnificence of this creation YOU are!

Perhaps we are on a journey of learning how to love all beings freely, to see the majik of creation within each. Then to come back and finally recognize ourselves as also being the majik of creation. Perhaps we learn to see it in our surroundings, before we can see it in ourselves.

I will ask again, who do you see before you? So you may begin to see yourself, the beauty that is you. Because that is all I am. A reflection of YOU!
