If we are unable to come back to SHAPE at the scheduled time due to circumstances beyond our control, and overnight accomodation becomes necessary, passengers will be responsible for covering such expenses, including additional meals.
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET YOUR PASSPORT. The SHAPE TRAVEL GROUP cannot accept any responsibility for passengers who do not have the correct identification documents for entry into any county of destination.
Please note that under its operating condition, our coach company is legally required to have the same passengers on both the out and return legs of the tour. Deliberate use of our trips for one way travel is not accepted and will result in the person not being allowed to travel again with the SHAPE Travel Group.
