    Nature of Duties

    Store Management :
  • Receiving & issuing Internet cards through billing systems.
  • Receiving requests both from distributors over the kingdom and branches in preparing to issue the shipment.
  • Taking the physical inventory stored cards monthly.
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding stock status.
  • Accounting Section :
  • Checking subscriber's emails.
  • Issuing and sending monthly invoices to subscriber for renewal.
  • Following up payments of subscribers via fax and renewing their subscriptions.
  • Helping customer support staff in providing accounts information to customers and distributors.
  • Checking the signup information of new subscribers.
  • Modifying and updating data of the new subscribers.
  • Daily report of sold cards. Other reports per request.
  • Suspending and reopening subscriptions and compensations as well.
  • Receiving all documents concerning Samba subscribers from the supervisor and entering them in the billing system and keeping them in separate files.
  • Every day we charge for new or renew of samba then issuing a card and activate them. If any problem occurs we contact the subscriber in order to solve it.
  • Monthly withdraw from credit unlimited subscribers.
  • Checking with the Financial Department account affairs and data for customers and distributors.
  • Providing Financial Department with information about customers and distributors.
  • Following up programs and cards with the branches.
  • Supervising, developing and checking billing program with Development Section.
  • Following up the daily reports with the supervisor.
  • Transferring subscribers' balances into days or hours by cards manually.

  • Giving demonstrations to new subscribers about Internet and email services.
  • Dealing with the subscribers politely.
  • Using billing systems and receipt voucher program to provide sophisticated services to customers.

    Additional experience

    In addition, I have been participating regularly, since 2000, in the Gitex Computer exhibitions held in Riyadh. Through this experience, I have been in constant touch with the general public attending the exhibition and also carried out random sale of Internet cards at the counter.
