What is it?
For those with a little more IT knowledge or confidence, this course aims to provide candidates with broad knowledge and skills in using computers. Participants will learn more about word processing, spreadsheets and email, while optional units offer the choice of developing Internet and web design skills, database techniques or desktop publishing skills.

Level 3 Certificate for IT Users
What is it?
A more advanced IT course for anyone interested in websites and e-commerce. Participants will learn about both the technical and business aspects of e-commerce, as well as the issues around planning, designing and developing websites.
