| 3 years ago, a JET who worked in shiojiri started a small halloween party for the town. this year, over 6000 people showed up. there were tons of free activities, and the whole thing was organized by my friend nick, so i got roped into helping out, a LOT. it was a lot of fun though... | ||||||||||||||||||||
