I am open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. If different times are needed feel free to talk to me. We can arrange something to meet your needs.
Late pick-ups are not acceptable! There will be a $5 charge for every 15 minutes you are late and is payable directly on arrival.
Withdrawal
If you are withdrawing your child,a two week notice is needed in writing.
You do not pay me if I take a day off due to illness or vacation. In the event of prepayment for unexpected days off (i.e. illness) you will be credited the amounts on the following payday
SICK POLICY
Your child may not attend with the following symptoms. You will be required to remove your child from my home as soon as possible if they have any of these symptoms. If your child is removed due to illness during the day, you child may NOT return until feeling better (MINIMUM 24hrs)
~ Unusually sleepy or drowsy
~ Cranky or fussy for no apparent reason
~ Severe cold (deep cough, green nasal discharge, etc�)
~ Rapid breathing, difficulty breathing
~ Rash, other than diaper or prickly heat
~ Vomiting
~ Diarrhea (two cases)
~ Severe sore throat with a fever
~ Pain in stomach with fever
~ Fever 101 degrees Fahrenheit or above
~ Puss or discharge from eyes or open sores.
~ Severe allergic reactions
~ Fainting spells dizziness or headaches
If your child needs Tylenol due to a fever a call to the parents will be made first. If a parent can not be reached I will only give Tylenol if the child has been in my care for more than four hours on that day. If I have not had the child for at least four hours a cool bath will be given.
All allergies will be posted and I need to be aware of them.
Supplies
Parents will supply the following for their child. Please make sure everything is labeled with your child�s name
~ Diapers, wipes and any creams
~ Sunscreen
~ Blankets, pillows or sleep toys
~ Medicine
~ Extra set of clothes
~ Formula and baby jar food
~ Any special milk or food that your child my be on
