storyboard: workplace ethics ...battiling your way up the corporate ladder!!


A few years back i was caught mastrubating often,

occupying the toilet at the work place,

working in a MNC ...with quite a few female collegues working ,

given that i was not quite sure about commitement to company

nor was eloquent or comfortable to aptly solicitate a relationship

with a collegue , adding insult to injury ....colleagues started harassing 

in a indirect means ...at the centre of  the cause was some propositions

that mean revenue , probable stability to the company 

....while i had long ago put moved out of the company

...am just deluged how would HR tackle scenario's where in employee's
 
   as for performance review and a few other factors dealing with managers and superiors

   alike ...given that one is single  ...how would you have handled the situation.
