problem-statement: Once upon a time ....there was this mythological story about chanakya ...supposed to be a arthimetical-guru,

                   running around the court room of a nonde-scripting in the anals!! of history.


           He was tasked to bring to task ...the learned men ...and keep ...what is termed law-order under-control.


           now to argu with learned men ...means ...to convince , as they are a learned-lot and to instigate order, 
             an awful...task to bring to the learned to agreement!!


           chanakya ...discovered that best bet is given that these are a learned lot ...ask them to come-up with proposal's
           and their conclusions rather than walking up to him for a solution.


           ...chanakya no longer found himself orphaned ...he had lot of believer's , who would look upto him ...he discovered
           to manage is ... not to be managed!!, thus realizing he left into country-side to discover more colorful world, a
           world full of ignorance and bliss....to be learned is to be acknowledged ...to be acknowledged is all about knowledge-management


           the essence of learning is ability to guague what and to what extent can any knowledge transfer can take place, first or most
           basic factor being , the one being tasked or taking up the task to impart learning acknowledging, doing a SWOT if there can be
           any achieved out of the exercise.


  Essence of survival ...sustence is simply synthesized in a simple telugu-language:
