                     pretty elegant and motivating.


Opportunity:  Practice root cause for all enthusasim ...resistance ...

                    ...management is an art ...all the more managing the work force,
                       semi-skilled labor ...all kinds of man and people,pupil management

                       ...the first fundamental lesson in management ...what it takes to be a manager,
                       ...learning to be tough ...ability to handle ...irrate...irrational....creatures ??      


             An idepth analysis ...that should come, handy in people,pupil,
                                management of all kinds of social classes,creed,race ...is ??

             First thing to be remembered  morning after morning,
                                           day after day,
                                           the path to success and  tremendous happiness,

             for any or every kind of management one need to keep one'self in good spirits'
            
             viz. happy mood  radiant, bubbling, expectant , as if everything is in a state of perfect-ness,
                  positive,hopeful mood  and resolute!!

             time is of infinite value, precicious and to be rejoiced every moment,and every bit of it is going to count.

             Every day is something exceptional, extraordinary and is is not going to be an ordinary day!!  

             Being prepared to give all that you have , sharing what you have, that you are [born and] there to mitigate the vagaries,
             and you submit yourself consciously to the those [whom] you manage

             ...you are sure to be reciprocated with all the love, peace , blessings and reverance to remembered for along time from
             all poor morsels forced to submit to you

             remember the above is very basic tenets of life ...to survive, for life is all about live and let live!!,

             one should recall perish before being driven to perish ....for there is very fine line of difference 

             between being managed or to be managed ...
