Hi ALL,

        Hence forth you would be required to make a summary sheet logging your daily
        activity viz. detailing the nature of the activity performed (date of work ,
        resolving any technical issue or service ...course of action taken ...including
        any commands that may have been executed on the production systems.)


Reporting structure
-------------------

The report should include activity performed or undertaken for every day,

while including specifics of any major
activity that has been performed ...that may be thought as important by individual
members in their roles (network admin / system admin /database admin).


The report could be mailed either on a daily basis 
...or all your reporting consolidated up together detailing work for each day in the week.

...included in a single report mailable on the last working day 
for the week i.e. friday/saturday as the case maybe.

Either a word document or a excel sheet would be fine.

Ideal data to included in the status report

date   <work activity...task undertaken or performed>  remarks (write any information / opinion that you feel is important)
