                     contrasting with existing computing systems in vogue ...given that all or most are binary i.e. base2 system based.

                     
Objective : fabrication of a processor ,computing model that is not a binary-bit-based.

Opportunity: rationalizing, contrasting

                            DC voltage's , 

                            magnetic-pulse storage of data on disk-based mediums (ability to store or represent a range of values)

                            Radio-frequency (electro-magnetic pulse...data-transmission's)


             the current limitations to date being transportation of data from storage to processor(BU oS-architechture), staging-memory(potentially a
             battery in lieu of RAM)
             carrier medium ...and a processor(ability to manipulate, process ... data) ...a computing model ...essentially base10 based system or model.

             given the context ability leverage magnetic-pulse and electro-magnetic-pulse, dc-voltages
 
             and understanding rationalizing a abacus, pocket-calculator, electronic-wrist-watch.
