Problem Statement : understanding the implementations of USB protocol
                                                usb complaint devices.

data transfer ...file-sharing ...access to services ...

Opportunity a): given the context that most computers(desktop, laptop ...) and
mobile devices support usb protocol ...as also the fact that a USB
hub found embedded in most personal and laptop computers ...,by ensuring mobile
computing PDA ...palmtop's supporting the USB protocol complaince viz. a usb driver.

....usb networking of devices...offers the ideal proposition for the problem description
as defined above....also refer to problem-descrition as described and as envisaged
                                                in "opportunity_wlan_networking_device_loopback_mode.txt " potential solution
using common and standard protocol complaince of USB...inlieu of properitary protocols
                                                over USB.

Opportunity b): charging of mobile devices over usb ...has become a popular proposition

...deriving from opportunity a) ...a similar interface for laptop or notebooks
...offering baggage friendly proposition would be a viable market opportunity,
...need to explore if existing portable computing devices require a warning
or a potential modification to circuit design on the pcb for complaince!!.

Opportunity c): when accessing or integrating the pcb circuit of a mobile device with a PC.

In the context of the ROM or other firmware updates ...standard norms or procedures to be followed!!

who is or who should be in control the mobile device??( should the mobile device be turned off?? or on?? )
or the software-update utility on the PC/laptop??

when switching off the mobile device and connecting it via a usb cable ...is the pcb of the mobile-device
a extended circuit of the PC/laptop??

Test case-scenario: on PC/Laptop or other computer embedded with a usb-hub ...using a usb loop-back cable to connect
to ports on the computer ...given that all said next gen pda/mobiles provide for GUI to view the
ether adapters ...a tcp/ip stack emulator on USB protocol ...to able to network .

Opportunity d): a innovative PSTN-jack to usb connector ....ability to connect a mobile handset to pstn lines ....
and usb driver in mobile device to be able to dail on PSTN based networks....potentialy avail of
of innovative set of services on a PSTN network ...using DHCP ...kind of concept ...when roaming
and other use-case modeled ...services [...making use of existing landline number ]

Note: The above problem statement having been encountered in various scenarios
and detailed in various 'Proof of concepts' as mentioned in

       http://uk.geocities.com/ravivenkatus/projects.pdf
       http://ravishankarkv.tripod.com/projects.pdf
        ....apply appropriate
'use-case' modeling, rationalize and arrive at a workable and feasible
solution both commercially and techinically viable.
