                  Management is but a strategy to achieve viz. managing a situation , goal , objective ,
                  people ...is all about ensuring that, those whom,who are managed donot have a option.

                        your way ...well if success can be vanquished ...the tenets of those who define success is stronger!!, obiviously
                        the lot that can get its/their way around is??

                 
                 Management is all about tactical use of power , pupil[people] .....deal with conflict, use of emotionally play,
                 intelligent  quotient, anger ....empowered to manage situations and work-force ...were it not for it, management
                 would have been just another skill rather than an art, art is something to be mastered ...a skill is something crafted
