Problem statement: Pulp from fruit and some vegetible ...usually go as waste

....these pulp (eg apple) ...can be used to enrich the servings of salads,
what are termed as puddings , icecreams.

Also pulp is retailed in jam or jelly (apple ...orange shell) forms
....extracts or quantum of these can be used to decorate or enrich puddings, icecreams.

                   -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Most existing jelly's retailed in the market are sweetish in nature

....blending jelly's with extracts from green chilli or black pepper ...sweet and hot
offers variety ...and a retail or salable FMCG product.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
flavoured ice-creams blended with concentrate's of various indian spice's offer a good market opportunity.

eg: black pepper, cardmom(elaichi), clove(lavang), green chillli , pudina extract's etc.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
deriving from above a slow release mouth-refreshner ....a chew gum flavoured with
above kind of flavours to fight bad gum's or foul smell offers a ideal proposition

Note: The above problem statement having been encountered in various scenarios
and detailed in various 'Proof of concepts' as mentioned in

        ....apply appropriate
'use-case' modeling, rationalize and arrive at a workable and feasible
solution both commercially and techinically viable.
