      using the techniques in [binary] compression ...to a arrive at visual image ...i.e. dots or pixels to be altered
      to render the next image on a console ...say presuming the image on the console can be compared to a spare or buffered
      copy of the image ..in the cache memory ...ideally [set-of]-page ...while may not exactly be same as vector-graphics ...

      use the above technique ...instead of re-rendering a whole image ...and sync the vdconsole with the page[s] in cache
      ...resolution(quality) of frame broadcasted from transponder ...presuming stored in tiff(image quality and packing of the
