Problem Statment : In any or most computing model ...given the context of static data,
                    dynamic data.

'n' bit computing model ...a synergy between IO readwrite head scan, population of RAM.

Opporutnity : further to articulated envisaged in projects.pdf, else where in on this uri, url

 disk geometry 1)

            a) given a disk is broken into sector's or readable anchorable blocks.

            b) shape of the IO readwrite head being kind of slice of pizza served in any street corner resturant.

            c) given a scan of the IO readwrite head ...scan's a concentric sector's ,
...at a time the circumference being proportional concentric ...first,second,3rd,4th ... sector's 8bits,16,32,64 respectively.

            d) given these block's need to be addressed ....when a scan retrive's data ...some bit's will be lost for addressing the block's.

            e) from the above schema ...when treating each scanned 'block of concentric sector's' a single unit together is advangategous
providing the flexibility ...uniformity in IO readwrites.... viz. ability to store flexible quantum of data on each scanned
block i.e. 'concentric set of sectors'
