Opportunity A : The following option provides a innovative and highly
               marketable prepackaged solution.

In the context of Documents ...editing solutions

much on the lines of how a spell checker functions,

ability to highlight a word or phrase ...and reference or lookup
the meaning or explanation in popup window or say kind
of 'menu tips' ....either by providing a embedded dictionary(in the sense word and its meaning)
along with document management solutions or a to external
url ....for web-based documents (accessible over a url
or uri) ...while it may be bandwidth heavy ...such an
option can be part of web-browser plugin ...which retrieves
the context from external domain or uri ...say kind of xml-RSS FEED.

In the above context it could be a [java-]scripting based function
that can trap the highlighted text ...take the text as a argument,
for instance highlight text -> right click mouse-> menu->dictionary
or say a menu caption "Lookup Terminoloy" Or "Reference" or such
               aptly captioned.

Given the context the most uri (web-sites) ...use their own terminology,
definitions, therasus ...analogy ...it makes sense to put in place such
a reference or database ( XML document, frontpage extensions, HTML page
with markup reference tag's defined ...etc) ....accessible over a URI
or URL ....given that defining or providing reference to text or terminology
for every instance such text occur's is cummber some and un-manageable
ideally ....the above trapping using a javascript function ...providing
the reference over a popup - tool-tip kind of window say ...span or a pop
window where available or a error message or foot note in the status-bar.

similary from the above viz. javascript function serval functions,
viz. inlieu of tag's like 'mailto:' ...selected text passed as an
argument to a client side application or external url ...in this
context to a email client or mail url say 'hotmail' or 'yahoo'.

Opportunity B: Deriving from A ...

also as envisaged in projects.pdf, else-where on this uri or url

ability to exploit or leverage a embedded or bundled dictionary with most document editors (desktop usage or web publishing),

i.e. auto-generate (ability to automatically identify keywords or distinct words ...add them to meta-tags)

or add based on highlighting(right click add to meta-tag) ...by a user or the document editor....thus generate set of keywords,

that can be exploited ....by bots i.e. when indexed by a search engine.

Note: The above problem statement having been encountered in various scenarios
and detailed in various 'Proof of concepts' as mentioned in

       http://uk.geocities.com/ravivenkatus/projects.pdf
       http://ravishankarkv.tripod.com/projects.pdf
        ....apply appropriate
'use-case' modeling, rationalize and arrive at a workable and feasible
solution both commercially and techinically viable.
