Problem statement: Effective utilization of  Advertising space in television
                                   other content-streaming based live broadcast services.

Opportunity:  Given understanding from how dynamic banner rotation ...etc 
                    are available for the medium www or internet portals....

                   understanding from how layer mergin works ...frame-relay in live broadcast services
                   ....effective [dynamic] digital advertising can be made ...with-out hindering live-broadcast.

                   eg: place an AD in the back-ground layer of the camera-focus  or view ...in  television broacasting
                        services ...recalling how score-cards are displayed in cricket, long-tennis match's ....instead
                        of putting a display area in the foreground of the broadcast relay-frame  ...put the advertising
                        in the background ....can immitate virtual billboards ...in back-ground, settings of the auditorium
                        or play-ground etc.
