Problem statement: Understand audit trail ...understand event logging

Understanding context and scope of relation-ship banking.

...why should any-one processing checks ...clearing cash
be able to access the bank balance of the client ... easy
means to run a racquet( or give leads to ransom )

Opportunity and Objective:

At times it makes a good idea ....to chronological
logging of various events .....access of resources,
                in the background

                ...ability to use event scripting...

custom log ....establishing a audit trail

would be a good idea (for instance amount of time
spent on a system by a user

                                         various banking instruments
                                         processed by a user

                                         unauthorized access of bank
                                         accounts ...say such as based
                                         on account balances ...etc

                                         )

The above can be applied or extended to other financial
transactions ...involving shares ...stock ...options trading
             ...etc.

while a end operator should be ideally able to know if the check can
be cleared or cash with-drawn or not.

Given the scope of electronic operations ...the client can always
generate a statement of account ...given the context of relationship
banking ...an authorized individual who takes care or keeps a watch
on transactions happening on the account.

Given that most banking softwares use a central server (usually
termed core banking services) ....using a SQL...DA ...either using
a pre-compiler embedded into the clients accessing the data ...
which can be used for both logging on the central-db (pro*c or
other native-api based accessing which guarantee high-speed processing)

Peril risks threats: Flood the system ...with log's ...create a virus

Note: The above problem statement having been encountered in various scenarios
and detailed in various 'Proof of concepts' as mentioned in

        ....apply appropriate
'use-case' modeling, rationalize and arrive at a workable and feasible
solution both commercially and techinically viable.
