Problem statement:  Understand how the axel( drum ...based ..shaft ) ...works are is used to
                    spin ...powered by a motor.

Opportunity : 

         a)    Innovative axel( drum ...based ..shaft ) ....of variable length ...that can plug
               into or lock into or couple into ...to create a fully functional system.

               ...such Axel to be powered by hydraulic means.

         b)    Inter-locakable gears  ....usually a gear powered by motor that spins
               the rest of the gears ...to make a functional system.

               ....presuming ....a elongated axel( drum ...based ..shaft ) ...protruding
               out of a motor ...that spins ...makes functional mechanical system

               ....thus ...gear that can slide on the axel( drum ...based ..shaft )
                   ...much like the way a print head in a dot-matrix printer can move
                   or slide ....and ...the slidable gear that can be anchored or 
                   positioned to couple or interlock with larger or bigger gear into
                   which it can be socketted.
