Opportunity: a)  The Kokam fruit juice extract diluted with SODA ,
                 in a sweetened form [optional black pepper based masala on fruit toppings]
                
                  Adding a bit of mint flavour offers additional flavour alternative.

             b)  similarly kokam fruit juice extract along with , kuhoo's extract
                 in the above form offers good salable drink. 

             c)  Kokam fruit juice blended with citrus fruit juice  offers  a viable
                 option to be retailed as a sharbat.
                 

             d)  Manufacturing wine by fermenting kokam fruits
                 (also called black current berries).

              The above in a ready to consume format makes good alternative
              to the cola's offering a variable taste.

              parts of maharastra.
