Problem Statement: Given that Bus speeds are subject to number of devices attached
                   to the BUS ...variable speeds achievable on SCSI ...IDE protocols
                   ....as the devices are kept busy ?? ...is there any co-relation
                   between the bus speeds and the  nature of protocol being employed

Design Specifications: It makes a sensible option to provide more number of slots or
                       interfaces directly on the Mother board ...to leverage the
                       SMP features of a OS.

                       i.e. in concievable proportions ...depending on the nature
                        of use the hardware is being subjected to Marketed to.
